Abstract

Annotatsiya. Ushbu tadqiqotda quruq ko‘z sindromi bilan og‘rigan bemorlarda 
turli  davolash  usullarining  ko‘z  yoshi  plyonkasi  barqarorligiga  ta’siri  qiyosiy  tahlil 
qilindi. Tadqiqotga 20 nafar bemor jalb etildi va ular ikki guruhga bo‘lindi: sun’iy ko‘z 
yoshi  tomchilari  bilan  davolash  hamda  kombinatsiyalangan  (sun’iy  ko‘z  yoshi  + 
omega-3 qo‘shimchalar) terapiya. Ko‘z yoshi plyonkasi barqarorligi BUT (Break-Up 
Time)  testi  orqali  baholandi.  Natijalar  kombinatsiyalangan  terapiya  ko‘z  yoshi 
plyonkasi barqarorligini sezilarli darajada yaxshilashini ko‘rsatdi.
