Abstract

Annotatsiya 
  Uglerod oksidi (CO) sanoat korxonalari, transport vositalari va maishiy isitish 
tizimlari faoliyati natijasida atmosfera havosiga ajraladigan eng xavfli toksik gazlardan 
biri  hisoblanadi.  CO  ning  organizmga  uzoq  muddatli  ta’siri  to‘qimalarda  surunkali 
gipoksiya rivojlanishiga sabab bo‘lib, turli organ va tizimlarda, jumladan immun tizim 
organlarida morfofunksional o‘zgarishlarni yuzaga keltiradi. Timus va taloq immun 
tizimining  asosiy  organlari  sifatida  organizmning  himoya  reaksiyalarini 
shakllantirishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Ushbu maqolada CO intoksikatsiyasining 
timus  va  taloq  to‘qimalariga  ta’siri,  ularda  kuzatiladigan  morfologik  va  funksional 
o‘zgarishlar  hamda  ularning  patogenetik  mexanizmlari  tahlil  qilingan.  Adabiyotlar 
ma’lumotlariga  ko‘ra,  CO  ta’sirida  timusda  involyutsion  jarayonlar  kuchayishi, 
limfotsitlar  sonining  kamayishi  va  taloqda  limfoid  follikulalarning  regressiyasi 
kuzatiladi. Mazkur o‘zgarishlar immun javobning susayishiga olib keladi.
