Annotatsiya
Ushbu maqolada surunkali is gazi (uglerod oksidi) ta’sirining markaziy va
periferik immun organlarga ko‘rsatadigan morfofunksional ta’sirlari tahlil qilingan. Is
gazining organizmga uzoq muddat davomida kirib borishi natijasida gipoksiya
rivojlanib, immun tizim organlarida strukturaviy va funksional o‘zgarishlar yuzaga
keladi. Timus, taloq, limfa tugunlari va suyak ko‘migidagi o‘zgarishlar immunitetning
susayishiga, limfoid hujayralar proliferatsiyasining kamayishiga hamda immun javob
reaksiyalarining izdan chiqishiga olib keladi. Maqolada surunkali uglerod oksidi
intoksikatsiyasining immun tizimga ta’sir mexanizmlari hamda ularning morfologik
asoslari yoritilgan.
