TUPROQDAN AJRATIB OLINGAN TRICHODERMA HARZIANUMGA YAQIN ZAMBURUG‘ IZOLYATINING MORFOLOGIK VA MIKROMORFOLOGIK TAVSIFI

Abstract

 
ANNOTATSIYA 
  Mazkur tadqiqotda Jizzax viloyati Zomin tumani tuproqlaridan ajratib olingan 
zamburug‘ izolyatining morfologik va mikromorfologik xususiyatlari kompleks tarzda 
baholandi. Klassik mikologik usullar asosida tuproq namunalaridan 7 ta zamburug‘ 
koloniyasi ajratib olinib, ular orasidan yuqori o‘sish tezligiga ega izolyat tanlab olindi 
va  sof  kulturaga  o‘tkazildi.  Olingan  natijalar  shuni  ko‘rsatdiki,  izolyat  25±2  °C 
sharoitda  72  soatda  68.5±1.5  mm  diametrga  yetib,  o‘rtacha  0.95  mm/soat  tezlikda 
radial o‘sish xususiyatini namoyon etdi. Koloniya dastlab oq rangli mitseliy hosil qilib, 
keyinchalik markaziy qismida yashil sporulyatsiya zonasi shakllantirdi. Mikroskopik 
tahlillar natijasida septali va kuchli tarmoqlangan gifalar (3.2±0.4 mkm), murakkab 
shoxlangan  konidioforlar  hamda  dumaloq/subgloboz  konidiyalar  (2.8–3.5  mkm) 
mavjudligi aniqlandi. Ushbu makro- va mikromorfologik belgilar Trichoderma jinsiga, 
xususan  Trichoderma  harzianum  turiga  xos  diagnostik  xususiyatlarga  mos  keladi. 
Muhokama natijalari izolyatning yuqori o‘sish tezligi va sporulyatsiya faolligi uning 
ekologik moslashuvchanligi hamda potensial biokontrol xususiyatlarini tasdiqlashini 
ko‘rsatdi.  Shunday  qilib,  ajratib  olingan  izolyat  mahalliy  agroekotizimlar  uchun 
istiqbolli  biologik  himoya  agenti  sifatida  baholanadi,  biroq  tur  darajasida  aniq 
identifikatsiya qilish uchun ITS-rDNK va tef1 markerlari asosida molekulyar-genetik 
tadqiqotlar zarur.
