ANNOTATSIYA
Kirish qismi. Yurak ishemik kasalligi (YIK) jahon o'limining yetakchi sababi
bo'lib qolmoqda, bunda sog'liqni saqlash xizmatlaridan foydalanish imkoniyati,
ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy holat va interventsion kardiologiya salohiyatidagi farqlarni aks
ettiruvchi sezilarli mintaqaviy tafovutlar mavjud.
Maqsad. Kasalliklarning Global Yuki (GBD) ma'lumotlaridan foydalangan
holda, 2000-2021 yillar mobaynida yettita mintaqa kesimida yurak ishemik
kasalligidan (YIK) o'lim ko'rsatkichlarining global va mintaqaviy tendentsiyalarini
baholash.
Metodlar. 2000-2021 yillar uchun GBD ma'lumotlar bazasidan olingan yoshga
standartlashtirilgan YIK o'lim ko'rsatkichlaridan foydalangan holda tavsifiy-analitik
tadqiqot dizayni qo'llanildi. Vaqt o'tishi bilan tendentsiyalarni o'rganish maqsadida
mintaqaviy o'rtacha qiymatlar va foizli o'zgarishlar hisoblab chiqildi.
Natijalar. Global miqyosda YIKdan o'limning umumiy pasayishi kuzatilib, eng
sezilarli kamayish G'arbiy va Sharqiy Yevropada, o'rtacha darajadagi kamayish Lotin
Amerikasi, Sharqiy Osiyoda hamda global ko'rsatkichda, minimal o'zgarish esa Sahroi
Kabir janubidagi Afrikada qayd etildi. Janubiy Osiyoda esa bироz o'sish kuzatildi. Bu
tafovutlar interventsion kardiologiya xizmatlaridan va yurak-qon tomir kasalliklarini
oldini olish dasturlaridan foydalanish imkoniyatidagi farqlar bilan uzviy bog'liq.
Xulosa. Umumiy global yaxshilanishga qaramay, mavjud doimiy tafovutlar past
va o'rta daromadli mintaqalarda interventsion kardiologiya salohiyati hamda
profilaktik tibbiy yordam tizimlarini mustahkamlash zarurligini ko'rsatib, bu yurak-
qon tomir sohasidagi natijalarning tengligiga erishishga xizmat qiladi.
