ANNOTATSIYA
Maqsad. HER2-musbat sut bezi saratoni boʻyicha birlamchi yoki metastatik
tashxis qoʻyilgan, Trastuzumab (Gertseptin) bilan davolanayotgan yoki avval
davolangan ayollarda ushbu davolanish natijasida yuzaga kelishi mumkin boʻlgan
yurak disfunksiyasi xavfi haqidagi bilim darajasi va kuzatuv tartibini oʻrganish.
Usul. Sifat intervyusi orqali 14 nafar ayoldan Trastuzumab terapiyasining yurakka
bogʻliq xavflari, yurak zararlanishi alomatlari haqidagi bilimi, shuningdek davolash
jarayonida va undan keyin yurak faoliyatini kuzatib borish tartibi haqida soʻralgan;
maʼlumotlar tematik tahlil usulida tahlil qilindi.
Natijalar. Tematik tahlil natijasida (a) davolanishdan oldingi yurak xavfi haqidagi
bilim va xabardorlik, (b) davolash jarayonida va undan keyin yurak faoliyati hamda
xavfini kuzatib borish, (v) davolash jarayonida yurak zararlanishi belgilari haqidagi
xabardorlikda nomuvofiqliklar aniqlandi.
Xulosa. Bemorlar Trastuzumabdan kelib chiqishi mumkin boʻlgan yurak
zararlanishi xavfi toʻgʻrisida yetarli darajada qoʻllab-quvvatlanmagan va maʼlumot
bilan taʼminlanmagan his qiladilar; bu tibbiy yordam sifatini yaxshilash zarurligini
koʻrsatadi.
