Abstract

Ushbu  maqolada  talabalarning  o‘z-o‘zini  rivojlantirish  kompetensiyalarini 
shakllantirishning  nazariy-metodik  asoslari  yoritilgan.  Shaxsiy  rivojlanish,  o‘zini 
anglash, o‘z faoliyatini rejalashtirish, mustaqil ta’lim olish va refleksiya ko‘nikmalarini 
shakllantirishga  yo‘naltirilgan  pedagogik  yondashuvlar  tahlil  qilindi.  Mazkur 
kompetensiyalarni  rivojlantirishda  motivatsiya,  metakognitiv  strategiyalar,  raqamli 
savodxonlik  va  individual  ta’lim  trayektoriyalarining  ahamiyati  asoslab  beriladi. 
Shuningdek,  zamonaviy  ta’lim  muhiti,  interaktiv  metodlar,  mentorlik  va  loyiha 
asosidagi  ta’limning  talabalarning  o‘z-o‘zini  rivojlantirish  jarayoniga  ta’siri  ilmiy 
asosda  ochib  berilgan.  Tadqiqot  natijalari  ushbu  kompetensiyalarni  shakllantirish 
talabalarning shaxsiy va kasbiy yetukligini, o‘quv jarayonidagi faolligini oshirishda 
muhim omil ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
