Annotatsiya
Ushbu maqolada nogiron bolalar oilalarida ota-onalarning stressini
kamaytirishga qaratilgan yangi innovatsion psixologik dasturlar yaratish masalasi
ko‘rib chiqiladi. Nogiron farzandni tarbiyalash jarayonida ota-onalar duch keladigan
psixologik qiyinchiliklar va stress omillari tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada zamonaviy
texnologiyalar — mobil ilovalar, onlayn terapiya platformalari, virtual guruh
mashg‘ulotlari hamda sun’iy intellekt asosidagi shaxsiy psixologik yordamchi tizimlar
yordamida stressni kamaytirish imkoniyatlari o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, psixologik
dasturlarni yaratishda mahalliy madaniyat, ijtimoiy stigma, texnologik imkoniyatlar
kabi omillar hisobga olinishi zarurligi ta’kidlanadi. Maqola reabilitatsiya va psixologik
yordam sohasida innovatsion yondashuvlarning samaradorligini baholash usullari
hamda o‘zbek sharoitida ularni joriy etish istiqbollarini ko‘rsatadi. Yangi dasturlar
nogiron bolalar oilalarining ruhiy salomatligini yaxshilashga, ularning hayot sifatini
oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
