Abstract

 
ANNOTATSIYA 
Kariesning erta bosqichini aniqlash stomatologiyada muhim klinik vazifalardan 
biri  hisoblanadi,  chunki  o‘z  vaqtida  tashxis  qo‘yish  invaziv  bo‘lmagan  davolash 
imkonini  beradi  hamda  tish  to‘qimalarini  maksimal  darajada  saqlaydi.  Zamonaviy 
diagnostika usullari an’anaviy klinik ko‘rik va rentgenografiyaga qo‘shimcha ravishda 
yuqori sezgirlikka ega bo‘lgan texnologiyalarni o‘z ichiga oladi. Ularga DIAGNOdent 
lazer florensensiyasi, FOTI (Fiber Optic Transillumination), Q-ray diagnostikasi, 
optik ko‘rsatkichli texnologiyalar, karometriya, shuningdek CBCT va intraoral 
kamera  tizimlari  kiradi.  Ushbu  usullar  demineralizatsiyaning  dastlabki  belgilarini 
aniqlash, yashirin (okklyuzion yoki interproksimal) kariesni erta topish va davolash 
strategiyasini to‘g‘ri tanlash imkonini beradi. Zamonaviy yondashuvlar yuqori aniqlik, 
tezkorlik, bemor uchun qulaylik va jarayonning noinvazivligi bilan ajralib turadi.
