Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada kuch sifati rivojlanishining fiziologik va
biokimyoviy asoslari ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Mushak tolalarining tuzilishi, motor
birliklarining faollashuvi, nerv-mushak tizimi boshqaruvining kuch ko‘rsatkichlariga
ta’siri, shuningdek, ATP–KFK tizimi, anaerob glikoliz va aerob almashinuvning
yuklama jarayonidagi o‘rni ko‘rib chiqiladi. Mushak gipertrofiyasi, oqsil sintezining
kuchayishi va gormonal omillarning ta’siri kuch sifatining shakllanishida asosiy
mexanizmlar sifatida yoritiladi. Maqola kuch mashg‘ulotlari natijasida yuzaga
keladigan fiziologik moslashuvlar va ularning sport tayyorgarligidagi ahamiyatini
ilmiy asosda tahlil qiladi.
