Abstract

 
ANNOTATSIYA.  Ushbu  maqolada  katta  yoshliq  insonlarda  jismoniy  faollik 
darajasiga ta’sir etuvchi motivatsion, psixologik va ijtimoiy omillar hamda jismoniy 
faollikning sog‘liq ko‘rsatkichlariga ta’siri o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqot o'rganish davomida 
ilmiy  manbalarga  tayangan  holda,  40  yoshdan  o'tgan  shaxslar  orasida  jismoniy 
faollikning  pasayishiga  olib  keluvchi  to‘siqlar,  shu  bilan  birga,  ularni  faollikka 
undovchi  ichki  va  tashqi  motivlar  tahlil  qilindi.  Natijalar  shuni  beradiki,  sog‘liqni 
mustahkamlash,  surunkali  kasalliklarning  oldini  olish,  ijtimoiy  qo‘llab-quvvatlash 
hamda psixologik barqarorlik, kundalik faoliyatda mustaqillikni saqlash kabi omillar 
jismoniy  faollikning  asosiy  determinatorlari  hisoblanadi.  Jismoniy  mashg‘ulotlar 
davomiyligi yurak-qon tomir tizimining faoliyatini yaxshilashi, stressni kamaytirishi, 
tana vaznini boshqarishi va qarish jarayonini sekinlashtirishi aniqlangan. Maqolada 
ushbu omillarning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi va katta yoshdagilar uchun samarali motivatsion 
strategiyalar ishlab chiqish uchun ilmiy xulosalar berilgan.
