Abstract

Annotatsiya: Mazkur maqolada ta’lim menejmentining mohiyati, vazifalari va 
zamonaviy ta’lim tizimidagi ahamiyati keng yoritilgan. Ta’lim menejmentining asosiy 
tamoyillari, boshqaruv funksiyalari hamda ta’lim muassasalarida boshqaruv jarayonini 
samarali tashkil etish masalalari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, ta’lim menejmentining 
bugungi kundagi rivojlanish yo‘nalishlari va istiqbollari ochib berilgan.
