Abstract

Annotatsiya:  Maqolada  trening  jarayonida  yuzaga  keladigan  asosiy 
muammolar va ularni samarali bartaraf etish usullari tahlil qilinadi. Trening jarayonida 
ishtirokchilarning qiziqishining pasayishi, maqsad va vazifalarni noto‘g‘ri belgilash, 
resurs  yetishmovchiligi,  vaqtni  noto‘g‘ri  taqsimlash  va  metodik  yondashuvdagi 
kamchiliklar kabi muammolar uchraydi. Maqolada ushbu muammolarni aniqlash va 
ularni oldini olish bo‘yicha samarali strategiyalar, interaktiv metodlar, psixologik va 
pedagogik  yondashuvlar,  hamda  treningni  rejalashtirish  va  baholash  jarayonini 
takomillashtirish  yo‘llari  tavsiya  etilgan.  Shuningdek,  trening  jarayonida 
ishtirokchilarning faol ishtirokini rag‘batlantirish va o‘qituvchi–o‘quvchi o‘rtasidagi 
samarali kommunikatsiyani tashkil etishning ahamiyati ta’kidlangan.
