Annotatsiya. Temir tanqisligi anemiyasi (TTA) homiladorlik davrida keng
tarqalgan gematologik buzilish bo‘lib, ona va homila salomatligiga salbiy ta’sir
ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu tadqiqot homiladorlikning ikkinchi va uchinchi trimestrida Hb < 8
g/dL bo‘lgan 57 nafar bemorda temir tanqisligini tashxislash mezonlari va davolashda
og‘iz orqali hamda tomir ichiga beriladigan temir preparatlarining samaradorligini
solishtirishga qaratilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, ferric carboxymaltose (FCM)
preparatini tomir ichiga yuborish Hb va MCV darajalarini sezilarli darajada
yaxshilagan. Yon ta’sirlar minimal bo‘lgan. FCM temir tanqisligi anemiyasini
davolashda samarali va xavfsiz vosita sifatida tavsiya etilishi mumkin.
