Abstract

Annotatsiya 
Tadqiqotning  maqsadi  –  oshqozon-ichak  traktining  (O‘IT)  patologiyalarining 
parodont  to‘qimalaridagi  yallig‘lanish  kasalliklari  patogeneziga  ta’sirini  shartli 
kliniko-laborator ma’lumotlar modeli asosida baholashdan iborat edi. Tadqiqotga jami 
200 nafar bemor jalb etilgan bo‘lib, ular O‘IT patologiyasi mavjud (n=100) va mavjud 
bo‘lmagan (n=100) guruhlarga ajratildi. Gastroezofageal reflyuks kasalligi, surunkali 
gastrit, yallig‘lanishli ichak kasalliklari va pankreatit tashxisi qo‘yilgan bemorlarda 
parodont  og‘irlik  indeksi  (PD_index  4,3  ±  2,2  ga  nisbatan  3,0  ±  1,4;  p  <  0,01), 
interleykin-6 (IL-6, 12,2 ± 3,4 pg/ml ga nisbatan 6,8 ± 2,5 pg/ml; p < 0,001) va S-
reaktiv oqsil (CRP, 4,1 ± 1,7 mg/l ga nisbatan 2,9 ± 1,4 mg/l; p < 0,001) darajalari 
yuqori  qayd  etildi.  O‘IT  patologiyasi  og‘irligi  bilan  parodontit  ifodalanish  darajasi 
o‘rtasida statistik jihatdan ahamiyatli korrelyatsiya aniqlangan (r ≈ 0,46; p < 0,001). 
Ko‘p omilli logistik regressiya tahlili shuni ko‘rsatdiki, O‘IT patologiyasi mavjudligi 
og‘ir parodontit uchun mustaqil xavf omili hisoblanadi (OR = 1,87; 95 % ISh 1,25–
2,80; p = 0,003).
