XAVFLI O’SMALARNI DAVOLASHDA BRAXITERAPIYANING ROLI VA DOLZARBLIGI

Annotatsiya: Nur terapiya monorejim yoki boshqa davolash usullari bilan
birgalikda xavfli o'smalari bo'lgan bemorlarning 70% dan ortig'ida amalga oshiriladi.
Radiatsiya manbasining joylashishiga qarab, nur terapiyasi masofaviy va
braxiterapiyaga bo'linadi. Braxiterapiya masofadan ta'sir qilish usuliga nisbatan katta
afzalliklarga ega: u o'smaning siljishini tekislaydi, qo'shni organlarga doza yukini
kamaytiradi, nur terapiyasini iloji boricha tez va aniq amalga oshirishni ta'minlaydi,
tomoterapiya va proton terapiyasi kabi boshqa yuqori aniqlikdagi mahalliy ta'sir qilish
usullariga qaraganda ancha arzonroqdir. Braxiterapiya mustaqil rejimda ham,
masofaviy nur terapiyasi bilan birgalikda ham qo'llaniladi. Onkoginekologik
bemorlarni davolashda braxiterapiya "oltin standart" dir. U prostata bezi saratoni bilan
og'rigan bemorlarni davolashda ham qo'llaniladi va radikal prostatektomiyaning
muqobil usuli hisoblanadi. Braxiterapiya periorbital soxada, burun va quloq tog’ayida
joylashgan melanom bo'lmagan xavfli teri o'smalari bilan og'rigan bemorlarni
davolashda eng yaxshi terapevtik usul hisoblanadi, chunki jarrohlik aralashuvlar har
doim ham qoniqarli estetik va funktsional natijalarga olib kelmaydi. Braxiterapiya
qizilo'ngach saratoni, bosh va bo'yin o'smalari va boshqa xavfli o’sma kasalliklari bilan
og'rigan bemorlarni davolashda ham qo'llaniladi, bu o'smani mahalliy nazorat
qilishning yuqori ko'rsatkichlarini ta'minlaydi.
