Abstract

Annotatsiya 
           Ushbu maqolada hazm nayining turli darajadagi kimyoviy kuyishida buyrak usti 
bezida yuzaga keladigan morfometrik o‘zgarishlar eksperimental sharoitda o‘rganildi. 
Tadqiqot  davomida  oq  zotsiz  kalamushlarda  sirka  kislotasi  yordamida  kimyoviy 
kuyish modeli yaratildi va buyrak usti bezining morfometrik ko‘rsatkichlari histologik, 
gistokimyoviy  hamda  immunogistokimyoviy  usullar  orqali  tahlil  qilindi.  Natijalar 
buyrak usti bezining zona glomeruloza, zona fascikulata va zona retikularis qismlarida 
kattalashish,  hujayra  yadrolarining  gipertrofiyasi  va  stromaning  o‘zgarishlarini 
ko‘rsatdi.  Bu  o‘zgarishlar  organizmning  stressga  nisbatan  adaptiv  reaksiyasini 
ifodalaydi.  Tadqiqot  natijalari  kimyoviy  kuyishlarning  endokrin  tizimga  ta’sir 
mexanizmlarini chuqur tushunish imkonini beradi.
