ANNOTATSIYA
Mazkur maqolada ekologik huquqbuzarliklar uchun javobgarlikni
kuchaytirishning huquqiy asoslari va istiqbollari tahlil qilinadi. Hozirgi kunda atrof-
muhitni muhofaza qilish sohasidagi qonunchilikning holati, jazo choralarining
samaradorligi va xalqaro tajribani oʻrganadi. Shuningdek, maqolada ekologik
huquqbuzarliklarning oldini olishda ma’muriy va jinoiy javobgarlikni
takomillashtirish, tabiatga yetkazilgan zararni qoplash mexanizmlarini qayta koʻrib
chiqish boʻyicha ilmiy-amaliy takliflar ilgari surilgan.
