Annotatsiya: Ushbu ilmiy maqolada korxonalar faoliyatini strategik yo'nalishda
takomillashtirish uchun inson kapitalini samarali boshqarish va HR strategiyasini
yangilashning ahamiyati ko'rib chiqilgan. Tadqiqot doirasida O'zbekiston
korxonalaridan olingan ma'lumotlar asosida 2021–2024 yillar mobaynida bandlik
dinamikasi, mehnat samaradorligi hamda kadrlarni malaka oshirishga yo'naltirilgan
moliyaviy resurslarning o'zgarish tendentsiyalari atroflicha o'rganilgan. Olingan
natijalar shundan dalolat beradiki, zamonaviy HR boshqaruvini joriy etgan
tashkilotlarda ish samaradorligi ancha yuqori bo'lib, xodimlar tarkibining barqarorligi
ham sezilarli darajada yaxshilanadi. Maqolada Yangi O'zbekiston taraqqiyot
strategiyasi (2022–2026) doirasida olib borilayotgan inson kapitali rivojlantirishga oid
siyosatga taqqosiy ko'z tashlangan va HR tizimlarini yangilashga oid amaliy
ko'rsatmalar ishlab chiqilgan.
