ANTIBIOTIK REZISTENTLIK – ZAMONAVIY TIBBIYOTNING GLOBAL MUAMMOSI

Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada antibiotik rezistentlikning global sog‘liqni
saqlash tizimidagi o‘rni, uning paydo bo‘lish sabablari, molekulyar mexanizmlari va
klinik ahamiyati keng yoritilgan. Antibiotiklardan noto‘g‘ri va nazoratsiz foydalanish
natijasida mikroorganizmlarning chidamliligi ortib borayotgani tahlil qilinadi.
Shuningdek, rezistentlikni kamaytirish va nazorat qilishning zamonaviy strategiyalari
ko‘rib chiqilgan. Antibiotiklar XX asrning eng muhim tibbiy kashfiyotlaridan biri
bo‘lib, ko‘plab yuqumli kasalliklarni samarali davolash imkonini berdi.
Biroq, so‘nggi yillarda antibiotik rezistentlik muammosi global miqyosda
keskinlashib bormoqda. Jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tashkiloti ma’lumotlariga ko‘ra,
antibiotiklarga chidamli infeksiyalar yiliga millionlab insonlar hayotiga xavf
tug‘dirmoqda. Rezistentlikning oshishi nafaqat infeksion kasalliklarni davolashni
qiyinlashtiradi, balki jarrohlik operatsiyalari, transplantatsiya va onkologik davolash
samaradorligiga ham salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi.
