Annotatsiya: Ushbu ilmiy maqolada fokuslangan tafakkur (diqqat
markazlashtirilgan fikrlash) jarayonining inson organizmidagi stress darajasini
pasaytirishdagi roli va ichki mexanizmlari tadqiq etiladi. Maqolada ongli xotirjamlik
(mindfulness) va kognitiv fokusning prefrontal qobiq hamda bodomsimon tana
(amygdala) o‘rtasidagi neyronal aloqalarni qanday mustahkamlashi tahlil qilinadi.
Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, fokuslangan tafakkur nafaqat kognitiv
samaradorlikni oshiradi, balki kortizol gormoni darajasini boshqarish orqali
organizmning adaptiv imkoniyatlarini kengaytiradi.
