Abstract

Annotatsiya:Mazkur maqolada 12–14 yoshli velosportchilarning kuch jismoniy 
sifatlarini  rivojlantirishda  maxsus  mashqlar  majmuasidan  foydalanish  samaradorligi 
ilmiy  asosda  tahlil  qilingan.  Tadqiqot  davomida  pedagogik  kuzatuv,  testlash  va 
matematik-statistik usullar orqali  yosh sportchilarning umumiy  va maxsus jismoniy 
tayyorgarligi  darajasi  o‘rganildi.  Natijalar  shuni  ko‘rsatdiki,  maxsus  mashqlarni 
mashg‘ulot jarayoniga joriy etish kuch-chidamlilik ko‘rsatkichlarini sezilarli darajada 
oshiradi hamda musobaqa samaradorligiga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi.
