ANEMIYADA GEMOGLOBIN SINTEZI VA TEMIR ALMASHINUVI BUZILISHINING BIOKIMYOVIY MEXANIZMLARI

Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada Anemiya rivojlanishining molekulyar va
biokimyoviy asoslari chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Asosiy e’tibor gemoglobin sintezining
buzilish mexanizmlari, temir almashinuvining izdan chiqishi hamda ularning
eritrotsitlar funksional holatiga ta’siriga qaratilgan. Temirning so‘rilishi, tashilishi va
hujayra darajasida utilizatsiya qilinishi jarayonlaridagi o‘zgarishlar kislorod tashish
tizimining samaradorligini pasaytirishi ilmiy jihatdan asoslab beriladi. Shuningdek,
vitamin B12 va folat yetishmovchiligining gemopoez jarayoniga ta’siri ham yoritiladi.
Maqolada biologik va kimyoviy omillarning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi asosida anemiyaning
kelib chiqish sabablari tizimli ravishda ko‘rib chiqilib, uning klinik ahamiyati ochib
beriladi. Tadqiqot natijalari anemiyani erta aniqlash va profilaktika choralarini ishlab
chiqishda muhim nazariy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
