Abstract

Anatatsiya: Ushbu maqolada refleksiya orqali pedagogik faoliyatda o’z-o’zini 
baholashni  rivojlantirish  masalalari  yoritilgan.  Tadqiqotda  refleksiv  yondashuvning 
ta’lim  jarayonidagi  ahamiyati  ochib  berilib,  John  Dewey,  Donald  Schont,  Graham 
Gibbs  kabi  olimlar  nazariyalari  asosida  pedagoglarning  kasbiy  faoliyatini 
takomillashtirish  imkoniyatlarini  tahlil  qilingan.  Maqola  refleksiya  pedagoglarda 
tanqidiy fikrlash va kasbiy rivolanishni shakllantirishda muhim omil ekanini asoslaydi.
