Аннотация. Современные подходы к оценке стоматологического статуса
при хронических диффузных поражениях печени предполагают использование
комплексной диагностики, включающей клинические, лабораторные и
инструментальные методы. Клиническое обследование должно включать оценку
гигиенического состояния полости рта, распространенности кариеса, состояния
тканей пародонта и слизистой оболочки. Использование индексных систем
позволяет стандартизировать оценку и проводить сравнительный анализ между
различными группами пациентов. В исследование включено 138 пациентов с
патологией полости рта и поражениями печени неинфекционной этиологии,
которые будут распределены на три группы в зависимости от степени тяжести
основного заболевания, а также контрольную группу практически здоровых лиц.
Комплексная оценка включало клинические, лабораторные и инструментальные
методы обследования.
