ANNOTATSIYA
Toksoplazmoz – Toxoplasma gondii parazit oddiy hujayralisi tomonidan keltirib
chiqariladigan zoonoz infeksion kasallik bo’lib, homiladorlik davrida ona
organizmidan homilaga vertikal yo’l bilan yuqishi homila ichki rivojlanishida og’ir va
ko’pincha qaytarilmas o’zgarishlarga olib keladi. Mazkur tadqiqot toksoplazmozning
homila rivojlanishiga ko’rsatadigan ta’sirini, vertikal transmissiya darajasini, klinik
ko’rinishlarini, diagnostika va profilaktika usullarini xalqaro ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlili
asosida har tomonlama o’rganishga bag’ishlangan. Olingan natijalarga ko’ra,
infeksiyaning ona organizmiga kirish davriga qarab homilaga yuqish darajasi I
trimestrda 6–15%, II trimestrda 25–54%, III trimestrda esa 60–81% gacha yetishi
aniqlandi. Shu bilan birga, infeksiyaning erta muddatlarda yuqishi homilada og’irroq
asoratlarni keltirib chiqaradi: gidrosefaliya, mikrosefaliya, intrakranial kalsifikatlar,
xorioretinit kabi klassik triadani hosil qiladi. Erta diagnostika va o’z vaqtida
o’tkaziladigan etiotrop terapiya (spiramitsin, pirimetamin-sulfadiazin) konjenital
toksoplazmoz xavfini sezilarli darajada kamaytirish imkonini beradi.
