ANNOTATSIYA
Maqolada sil kasalligi qoʻzgʻatuvchisi Mycobacterium tuberculosis ning
birinchi va ikkinchi qator antitubekulyoz preparatlarga rezistentligini belgilovchi
molekulyar-genetik mexanizmlar, jahon va Markaziy Osiyo mintaqasidagi
epidemiologik holat hamda yangi qisqa muddatli rejimlar (BPaL/BPaLM) ning
samaradorligi tahlil qilingan. Ishda 2010–2025-yillarda nashr etilgan 95 dan ortiq
tadqiqot natijalari sintez etilib, rpoB, katG, inhA, embB, gyrA, Rv0678 genlaridagi
nuqtaviy mutatsiyalar, efflyuks tizimi faolligi va devor tarkibidagi mikolik kislotalar
moduliyatsiyasining rezistent fenotipni shakllantirishdagi roli koʻrib chiqilgan.
Olingan natijalar shuni koʻrsatadiki, MDR/RR-TB ulushi mintaqada hamon yuqori
darajada saqlanmoqda; bedaquilinga orttirilgan rezistentlik esa yangi xavotirli
tendensiya hisoblanadi.
