Abstract

 
  Annotatsiya.  Ushbu  maqolada  tish  kurtagi  rivojlanishi  jarayonida  tishning 
qattiq  to‘qimalari  -  emal,  dentin  va  sementda  yuzaga  keladigan  tug‘ma  hamda 
rivojlanish  patologiyalari  ilmiy-nazariy  jihatdan  tahlil  qilinadi.  Tish  rivojlanishi 
murakkab  biologik  jarayon  bo‘lib,  unda  epitelial  va  mezenximal  to‘qimalar  o‘zaro 
ta’sirga  kirishadi,  natijada  emaloblastlar,  odontoblastlar  va  sementoblastlar 
shakllanadi. Shu jarayonning istalgan bosqichida genetik, metabolik, infeksion, toksik, 
travmatik  yoki  ekologik  omillar  ta’siri  qattiq  to‘qimalarning  miqdoriy  va  sifat 
o‘zgarishlariga olib kelishi mumkin.
