Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada ro‘za tutishning inson organizmiga fiziologik va
molekulyar ta’siri, xususan autofagiya jarayoni orqali hujayraviy yangilanish
mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Oziq moddalarning vaqtinchalik cheklanishi natijasida
organizmda metabolik qayta dasturlanish yuzaga kelib, energiya manbalari qayta
taqsimlanadi va hujayra ichki komponentlarining parchalanishi faollashadi.
Autofagiya jarayoni orqali eskirgan yoki shikastlangan organellalar va oqsillar yo‘q
qilinib, hujayra ichki muvozanati saqlanadi. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, ro‘za
autofagik jarayonlarni rag‘batlantirib, metabolik sog‘liqni yaxshilash, yallig‘lanishni
kamaytirish va hujayraviy regeneratsiyani qo‘llab-quvvatlashda muhim ahamiyatga
ega. Shuningdek, ro‘za tutish organizmning stressga moslashuvini oshiradi va ayrim
