Annotatsiya
Fotoelektrokolorimetr asosida bajariladigan kolorimetrik tahlillarda tashqi sifat
nazorati (EQA/PT) va interlaborator taqqoslashning laboratoriya natijalari
ishonchliligi va metrologik izchilligini ta’minlashdagi rolini tahlil qilish.
Usullar. WHO va boshqa tashkilotlarning EQA bo‘yicha tavsiyalari, fotometrik
o‘lchovlar uchun tashqi sifat nazorati dasturlari hamda fotometrik absorbtsiya
o‘lchovlarining interlaborator baholashiga oid ilmiy maqolalar tahlil qilindi.
Fotoelektrokolorimetrda bajariladigan tipik glukoza yoki bilirubin tahlili misolida
laboratoriya ichki nazorati va tashqi sifat nazorati natijalari o‘rtasidagi bog‘lanishni
ko‘rsatuvchi soddalashtirilgan model ishlab chiqildi.
Natijalar. Adabiyotlarda fotometrik absorbtsiya o‘lchovlari bo‘yicha 600-800
laboratoriya qatnashgan tashqi sifat nazorati dasturlarida ishtirokchi laboratoriyalar
natijalari dispersiyasi normal taqsimotdan chetga chiqishi, value-larning katta qismi tor
oraliqda to‘plansa-da, taxminan 10% laboratoriya natijalari 2-3 barobar keng
diapazonda joylashgani ko‘rsatilgan. Global so‘rov natijalariga ko‘ra, ko‘pchilik
laboratoriyalar EQA dasturlarida ishtirok etsa-da, ularning natijalarini umumiy sifat
tizimiga integratsiya qilish va EQA ma’lumotlaridan metod va uskunani
takomillashtirishda foydalanishda bo‘shliqlar mavjud. Modellash shuni ko‘rsatdiki, bir
xil EQA namunasi uchun laboratoriya natijalarining ±10-15% diapazonida tarqalishi,
agar davriy tahlil qilinmasa, klinik qarorlar uchun sezilarli sistematik farqlarga olib
kelishi mumkin.
Xulosa. Fotoelektrokolorimetr apparatlarida bajariladigan kolorimetrik tahlillar
uchun EQA/PT dasturlarida muntazam ishtirok etish, interlaborator taqqoslash
natijalarini tahlil qilish va aniqlangan og‘ishlar bo‘yicha tuzatish choralari ko‘rish
laboratoriya natijalarining izchilligi va metrologik izchilligini ta’minlashda muhim
mexanizm hisoblanadi.
