Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada tabiiy gaz va uglevodorod gazlarini chuqur
quritishda qo'llaniladigan seolitli molekulyar elaklarning adsorbsion, fizik-mexanik va
regeneratsion xossalari ilmiy tahlil qilindi. Gazni quritish jarayonida seolitning
samaradorligi faqat suv bug'ini yutish sig'imi bilan emas, balki g'ovak o'lchami, kation
tarkibi, donadorlik, mexanik mustahkamlik, issiqlikka chidamlilik, massaalmashinish
tezligi va ishlatilgandan keyingi ifloslanish darajasi bilan belgilanadi. Tadqiqot
konsepsiyasi 3A, 4A, 5A va 13X turdagi seolitlarni solishtirish, ishlatilgan
adsorbentlarda suv sig'imi pasayishi, g'ovaklarning bloklanishi, koks va tuzlar bilan
ifloslanishi, regeneratsiya samaradorligi hamda kolonna bosim yo'qotilishiga ta'sirini
baholashga yo'naltirildi. Maqolada seolitlarning xossalarini aniqlash uchun
gravimetrik namlik, statik suv adsorbsiyasi, BET yuzasi, XRD, FTIR, TGA/DSC,
ezilish mustahkamligi va yirik-mayda fraksiya tahlili kabi metodlar tavsiya qilindi.
Tahlil shuni ko'rsatadiki, 3A seoliti suvni selektiv yutishi sababli gazni chuqur
quritishda eng xavfsiz adsorbentlardan biri hisoblanadi; 4A va 13X esa suv bilan birga
CO2, H2S, merkaptanlar yoki kislorodli birikmalarni ham yutishi mumkinligi sababli
ularni tanlash gaz tarkibi va texnologik maqsadga bog'liq. Ishlatilgan seolitlarning
xossalarini muntazam nazorat qilish adsorberning xizmat muddatini uzaytirish,
regeneratsiya energiya sarfini kamaytirish va gazni qayta ishlash qurilmalarida
gidratlanish, korroziya hamda muzlash xavfini pasaytirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
