Abstract

Abstract:  This  article  examines  transformer  cooling  systems  and  their 
importance  in  ensuring  the  reliable  operation  of  transformers.  The  causes  of  heat 
generation in transformers, as well as the cooling methods used in dry-type and oil-
immersed transformers, are analyzed. The operating principles and application areas of 
M, D, MS, and S cooling systems are described. In addition, the impact of cooling 
systems on transformer service life, energy efficiency, and operational reliability is 
evaluated. The results show that the use of effective cooling systems is an important 
factor in ensuring the stable and safe operation of power supply systems.
