Abstract

Annotatsiya:  Ushbu  maqolada  jismoniy  faollikning  stress  va  depressiyani 
kamaytirishdagi psixofiziologik mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan. Stress va depressiyaning 
inson  ruhiy  salomatligiga  salbiy  ta’siri  hamda  ularni  oldini  olishda  jismoniy 
mashqlarning ahamiyati yoritilgan. Shuningdek, sport faoliyati jarayonida organizmda 
yuz  beradigan  fiziologik  o‘zgarishlar,  xususan  endorfin,  serotonin  va  dopamin 
gormonlarining  ishlab  chiqarilishi  hamda  ularning  psixoemotsional  holatga  ta’siri 
ilmiy  asoslangan.  Maqolada  muntazam  jismoniy  mashqlar  insonning  ruhiy 
barqarorligini oshirishi, stress darajasini kamaytirishi va depressiv holatlarning oldini 
olishdagi samaradorligi bayon etilgan.
