PARODONTITDA YALLIG‘LANISH MEDIATORLARI VA MIKROSIRKULYATSIYA BUZILISHLARINING AHAMIYATI

Annotatsiya.
Parodontit — tish tayanch apparatining surunkali yallig‘lanishli, destruktiv va
biologik jihatdan murakkab kasalligi bo‘lib, uning markazida subgingival biofilmga
javoban rivojlanadigan dizbiotik immun-yallig‘lanish reaksiyasi turadi. Kasallikning
patogenezida nafaqat bakterial kolonizatsiya, balki mezbon organizmning
disbalanslashgan immun javobi, komplement tizimi faollashuvi, neytrofillar va
mononuklear hujayralar vositasidagi sitokin kaskadi, matriks metalloproteinazalar
induksiyasi, RANKL vositasidagi osteoklastogenez, shuningdek mikrotsirkulyatsiya
va to‘qima oksigenatsiyasining buzilishi hal qiluvchi o‘rin egallaydi. Parodontal
cho‘ntakda yuzaga keladigan gipoksiya, oshgan tomir o‘tkazuvchanligi, patologik
angiogenez va oksidlovchi stress yallig‘lanishni o‘z-o‘zini qo‘llab-quvvatlovchi
holatga o‘tkazadi. Shu bois parodontitni oddiy lokal infeksiya sifatida emas, balki
osteoimmun, mikroangiopatik va gipoksik komponentlarga ega bo‘lgan ko‘p bosqichli
patofiziologik jarayon sifatida talqin qilish ilmiy va klinik jihatdan maqsadga
muvofiqdir.
