Abstract

Annotatsiya: Ushbu tezisda yengil atletika mashgʻulotlarining inson organizmi 
homeostazi,  kardiorespirator  tizim  va  tayanch-harakat  apparatiga  taʼsiri  zamonaviy 
sport tibbiyoti prinsiplari asosida tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda yengil atletika turlarining 
mushak  toʻqimalari  gipertrofiyasi,  suyaklar  mineral  zichligi  hamda  metabolik 
jarayonlar adaptatsiyasidagi roli ilmiy asoslab berilgan.
