Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqolada Anethum graveolens L. va Foeniculum vulgare
Mill. urug‘larining element tarkibini qiyosiy o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotning
maqsadi ushbu o‘simliklar urug‘lari tarkibidagi makro va mikroelementlarni aniqlash
hamda ularning miqdoriy ko‘rsatkichlarini baholashdan iborat. Tadqiqotda urug‘
namunalari zamonaviy instrumental tahlil usullari yordamida o‘rganilib, olingan
natijalar qiyosiy tahlil qilindi. Natijalar Anethum graveolens va Foeniculum vulgare
urug‘lari tarkibida biologik va oziqaviy ahamiyatga ega bo‘lgan bir qator elementlar
mavjudligini hamda ularning miqdori o‘simlik turiga qarab farqlanishini ko‘rsatdi.
Olingan ma'lumotlar ushbu o‘simliklardan farmatsevtika va oziq-ovqat sanoatida
samarali foydalanish uchun ilmiy asos yaratdi.
