Annotatsiya. Og‘iz bo‘shlig‘i kasalliklari natijasida kelib chiqadigan tish
yo‘qotish muammosi jahon miqyosida keng tarqalgan bo‘lib, dental implantatsiya
ushbu holatni bartaraf etishning eng ishonchli klinik yechimi sifatida tan olingan.
Ushbu maqola ilmiy adabiyotlar tizimli tahlil qilish orqali zamonaviy dental
implantologiyada qo‘llaniladigan biomateriallar, sirt modifikatsiyasi texnologiyalari
va osseointegratsiyon mexanizmlari hamda ularning klinik samaradorligiga ta’sirini
qiyosiy baholashga qaratilgan. Tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra, titan implantlar uzoq muddatli
isbotlangan klinik samaradorligi bilan implantologiyaning asosiy standarti sifatida
saqlansa-da, sirkoniy oksidi asosli implantlar metallga sezgirlik va estetik ko‘rsatmalar
jihatidan munosib alternativaga aylanib bormoqda, zamonaviy implantologiyada klinik
muvaffaqiyat uchun material va texnologiya tanlovidan tashqari, bemorlarga xos tibbiy
xavf omillarini kompleks baholash va standartlashtirilgan profilaktika protokollarini
joriy etish teng darajada muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
