Annotatsiya. Ushbu tadqiqot bo‘lajak pedagoglarning pedagogik artistizmini
shakllantirish, rivojlantirish va baholashga qaratilgan PedArt AI Practice nomli sun’iy
intellektga asoslangan konseptual modelni ishlab chiqishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqot
davomida pedagogik artistizmning asosiy tarkibiy qismlari, ularni izchil rivojlantirish
bosqichlari hamda baholash mezonlari tizimli va kompetensiyaviy yondashuvlar
asosida ilmiy jihatdan asoslab berildi. Taklif etilgan model sun’iy intellekt
texnologiyalari yordamida bo‘lajak pedagoglarning nutq madaniyati, emotsional
ifodalilik darajasi, kommunikativ mahorati va refleksiv kompetensiyalarini kompleks
baholash imkonini yaratadi. Shuningdek, model har bir ishtirokchi uchun individual
rivojlanish yo‘nalishlarini belgilash, shaxsiy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqish hamda kasbiy
o‘sish dinamikasini muntazam monitoring qilishni ta’minlaydi. Tadqiqot natijalari
ishlab chiqilgan PedArt AI Practice konseptual modeli pedagogik mahoratni
rivojlantirish va ta’lim sifatini oshirishga xizmat qiluvchi zamonaviy, innovatsion
hamda amaliy ahamiyatga ega raqamli yechim ekanligini tasdiqlaydi.
