Anotatsiya:Ushbu ishda plastik chiqindilarning atrof-muhitga salbiy ta'sirini
kamaytirishda mikroorganizmlar (bakteriyalar, zamburug'lar va mikroskopik suvo'tlar)
yordamida biologik parchalash (biodegradatsiya) jarayonlarining zamonaviy
yondashuvlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda polietilen (PE), polietilentereftalat (PET) va
polistirol (PS) kabi chidamli polimerlarni parchalovchi unikal fermentlar (PETaza,
MHETaza, lakkaza va kutinazalar) hamda ularni sintez qiluvchi shtammlarning
biologik xususiyatlari yoritilgan. Shuningdek, gen muhandisligi va metagenomika
usullari orqali mikrob fermentlarining faolligini oshirish hamda sanoat miqyosida
plastik chiqindilarini qayta ishlashning kelajakdagi istiqbollari ko'rib chiqilgan.
