Abstract

Annotatsiya:  Ankilozlovchi  spondiloartrit  (AS)  -  bu  asosan  umurtqa 
pogʻonasini va sakroilial boʻgʻimlarni zararlovchi, surunkali yalligʻlanishli revmatik 
kasallik  boʻlib,  u  asosan  yoshlarda  uchraydi  va  progressive  tabiatga  ega.  Ushbu 
maqolada AS ning patogenezi, klinik kechishi, diagnostik mezonlar va reabilitatsiya 
yondashuvlarning  samaradorligi  chuqur  tahlil  qilinadi.  Maqolada  zamonaviy 
reabilitatsiya  protokollari,  shu  jumladan  individuallashtirilgan  mashq  dasturlari, 
gidroterapiya,  postural  korreksiya  va  nafas  mashqlarining  ogʻriq  sindromini 
kamaytirish, funktsional qobiliyatni saqlash va hayot sifati yaxshilashdagi ahamiyati 
ilmiy dalillar asosida tahlil qilinadi.
