Abstract

Annotatsiya:Ushbu  maqola  endokrin  biomarkerlarni  masofaviy  monitoring 
qilishda radioaloqa tizimlarining ishonchliligi masalasiga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda 
glukoza,  insulin  va  tiroid  gormonlarini  o‘lchaydigan  IoT  sensorlar  orqali  olingan 
ma’lumotlar  tahlil  qilindi.  Radioaloqa  kanallaridagi  kechikish,  paket  yo‘qotilishi, 
shovqin va interferensiya darajalari baholandi. Standart uzatish protokollari real vaqtli 
monitoringda  diagnostik  aniqlikni  pasaytiradi.  Taklif  etilgan  optimizatsiya 
strategiyalari tarmoq o‘tkazuvchanligini oshirib, ma’lumotlar uzatilishini tezlashtiradi, 
paket  yo‘qotilishini  kamaytiradi  va  teleendokrinologiyada  ishonchli  monitoringni 
ta’minlaydi.  Ushbu  yondashuv  klinik  qaror  qabul  qilishni  tezlashtirish  va  bemor 
xavfsizligini oshirishga xizmat qiladi.
