Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada qandli diabet kasalligi bilan bog‘liq hujayra ichki
ion transporti va membrana potensialining biofizikaviy xususiyatlari tahlil qilinadi.
Hujayra ichidagi natriy, kaliy, kalsiy va xlor ionlarining tarqalishi, transport
mexanizmlari va ularning metabolik jarayonlarga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek,
insulin sezuvchanligi va hujayra signalizatsiyasidagi o‘zgarishlar, ion kanallari va
transporterlardagi disfunksiyalar, hamda ularning kasallik patofiziologiyasiga ta’siri
ilmiy jihatdan baholanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari qandli diabet davrida hujayra
elektrofiziologiyasini tushunish va yangi davolash strategiyalarini ishlab chiqishda
muhim nazariy va amaliy ma’lumot beradi.
