Qudratli davlatlar tomonidan qilingan o’zgarishlar shu kungacha ham davlat
va hattoki butun mintaqaga xavf solib kelmoqda. Avvaliga Britaniya keyinchalik SSSR
ta’siri natijasida yuzaga kelgan chegaralarga bo’lish diniy kelishmovchiliklarga
sabab bo’lib kelmoqda. Markaziy Osiyo ushbu holatni o’zaro hamkorlik orqali malum
darajada tinchlantira olishi mumkin. Bu holat nafaqat boshqa davlatlar intervensiyasi
balki “ Tolibon” hukumati bilan ham chambarchas bog’liqdir.
