Annotatsiya. O‘rganilayotgan xorijiy tilda o‘z fikrlarini ifodalashda talabalar oldida o‘z ona tilisidan tarjima qilish zarurati tug‘iladi. Bu esa nutqni hosil qilishda ko‘proq ichki nutq asosiy o‘rin egallashini ko‘rsatadi va og`zaki nutq ko‘nikmalarining yetarli darajada rivojlanmaganligidan dalolat beradi. Chet tildagi og‘zaki nutq jarayonida ishtirok etuvchi nutq operatsiyalari avtomatlashganlik bosqichida bo‘lishi, komunikativ vaziyatlarga muvofiq tarzda ishlatilishi, yangi (variativ) sharoitlarda o‘z sifatini saqlab qola olishi uning rivojlanganlik xususiyatini tasdiqlay oladi.
