Abstract

Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqola jismoniy tarbiyaga integratsiyalashgan sog‘lom ovqatlanish dasturlarining ahamiyatini tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqotda ovqatlanishning jismoniy faoliyat bilan uyg‘unligi, sport mashg‘ulotlari samaradorligi, sog‘liqni saqlash va energiya balansiga ta’siri o‘rganilgan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadi, to‘g‘ri ovqatlanish jismoniy faollik bilan uyg‘unlashganda organizmning chidamliligi, mushak massasi va umumiy sog‘liq holatini yaxshilashga yordam beradi. Shu bilan birga, ovqatlanish rejimi va tarkibi sport mashg‘ulotlarining samaradorligini oshirish, jarohatlar xavfini kamaytirish va tiklanishni tezlashtirish imkonini beradi.
