Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada sanogen tafakkur va uning o‘quvchilarning emotsional barqarorligiga ta’siri o‘rganiladi. Sanogen tafakkur – bu shaxsning salomatligini saqlash va ruhiy barqarorligini mustahkamlashga yo‘naltirilgan ongli fikrlash tizimi hisoblanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, sanogen tafakkur shakllangan o‘quvchilar stressga chidamli, ijobiy kayfiyatni saqlashga qodir va murakkab vaziyatlarda ongli qarorlar qabul qilish qobiliyatiga ega. Maqolada sanogen tafakkur va emotsional barqarorlik o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik, shuningdek, pedagogik va psixologik vositalar orqali ularni rivojlantirish yo‘llari tahlil qilinadi.
